Reporting a bug
If something's not working right, it helps a lot to include:
- Which tool you were using, and its URL;
- Exactly what you entered or selected;
- What you expected to happen, versus what actually happened; and
- Your browser and operating system (for example, Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iOS).
Requesting a tool
If there's a small, focused utility you keep reaching for elsewhere, tell us what it should do and why. New tools are added regularly, and the best requests describe one clear task — that's the whole philosophy of the site, explained on the Aboutpage.
Corrections and copyright
Found something wrong in a guide — an outdated spec, an incorrect formula, a stale screenshot? Let us know and it'll be fixed. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights or was used without permission, email us with details and we'll look into it promptly.
